The purpose of a Fitness Assistant is to promote health and fitness participation of new and existing fitness members and customers. The FA helps to provide a friendly and well-informed fitness environment, actively assisting other fitness staff and center members.

Personal Training is more than just being an exercise instructor. It also requires the trainer to know how to successfully operate a business, to understand customers wants and needs, and to provide effective business offerings that meet those needs. This course teaches these essential skills and much more.

This module teaches the importance of professional consultation for gathering the right information, how to select the right health and fitness testing, and how to develop an effective long and short-term programme plan. These are essential steps prior to applying exercise as a personal trainer.

This module teaches a wide range of different exercise techniques and how to effectively instruct, motivate, and coach a client throughout a full personal training session.

This bonus course module offers the personal trainer an opportunity to obtain a highly beneficial understanding of posture and human movement assessment modalities and exercises that will help to correct a range of common faulty postural positions and improve movement mechanics.

This bonus course module offers the personal trainer an opportunity to obtain a highly beneficial understanding of how to transfer personal training skills to an online delivery model. Providing online personal training increases the geographical reach of the trainer and provides another valuable business opportunity by leveraging the internet.
